7days plan.
DAY 1: The Fruits Day
Beginning is always the hardest, but it isn't too hard under this plan.
So, on day 1, keep yourself away from all kinds of Parathas, Burgers,
BBQs and other Desi spices. Consume fruits only. Yup, you read it right,
Day 1 is a fruit day and you need to rely on fruits only. You can eat
all the fruits except grapes, bananas and mangoes. You can eat as many
fruits as you like, and you are suggested to consume watermelon, apples,
pomegranates (anaar), mushmelon (garma) etc.
This way, you will be preparing your body for upcoming days. Your only
source of energy would be fruits and in case you only intake mushmelon
(garma) or watermelon, you'd have a good chance to lose up to 1kg on
your first day.
DAY 2: The Vegetables Day
Day 2 is vegetables day, so you would be eating vegetables all day and
nothing else, not even fruits. You can eat as many vegetables as you
want and can even fill up your stomach with it so it no further cries
for more food. Boiled or raw vegetables (in the form of salad) are
preferred.
You can start your day with one boiled potato and a tea spoon of butter
(to give your body enough energy and carbohydrates for the day), rest of
your day should be dependent on vegetables. If you make it through
second day, you are definitely dedicated and have enough motivation to
complete this plan.
Day 3: Fruits + Vegetables Day
You read it right, day 3 allows you to eat vegetables and fruits both as
it is a combination of day 1 and day 2. You can eat fruits you eaten on
day 1 and vegetables on day 2, but do not eat forbidden
fruits/vegetables like grapes, mangoes, bananas etc. You can eat any
amount of food and vegetables, but try to balance the consumption of
both, means do not eat more fruits and less vegetables, eat both items
in balanced quantity, and drink at least 10 to 15 glasses of water in
same day. Don't eat potatoes on day 3 as your body will be having enough
carbohydrates from fruits. By the end of day 3, you will feel your
inner system very light and relaxed.
Day 4: The Milkshake Day
You probably have heard a famous line 'Everything has its perfect time'.
This wisdom applies on this plan too. Remember how you were told not to
consume bananas on first three days? Well, on day 4 you are allowed to
eat maximum 6 bananas and drink 4 glasses of milk.
You probably have heard that bananas increase weight, but in this plan
they act as a source of potassium and sodium that your body needs. If
you desire, you can use those 6 bananas and 4 glasses of milk to make
milkshake too.
Day 5: The Tomatoes Day
Day 5 would give your taste buds a treat. You can eat tomatoes, sprouts
and paneer. You can also make a soup using tomatoes, sprouts, cottage
cheese. You can eat maximum 6 tomatoes and you must drink more than 15
glasses of water on day 5.
This will cleanse your inner system from uric acid and will purify your
body from various toxins. Tomatoes are a good source of fiber and help
in improving digestion system. If you make through Day 5, you would have
lose at least 3 kg weight.
Day 6: The Vegetable Soup Day
No tomatoes on day 6, it is the only difference between day 5 and day 6,
rest is all same. You can make tasty soup using sprouts, cottage
cheese, beans etc, or you can simply use cucumber, garlic, spinach as
source of energy for the day 6.
These vegetables are enough to provide your body necessary fiber and
vitamins. You will feel a great change in your body by this day. Make
sure you are consuming 10 to 15 glasses of water on day 6.
Day 7: The Final Day
The last day of this diet plan. Day 7 is the most important day of this
plan. By this time, you will be feeling light and happy. On Day 7, you
can consume fresh fruit juice, half plate of brown rice or half roti
with haandi/saalan of any vegetable. Drink a lot of water on day 7 too.
And before getting to bed that night, check your weight, you must have
lose at least 5kg weight, and that too in only 7 days.
Important Precautions
- No fruit juices in first 6 days
- Drink at least 15 glasses of water everyday
- Drink more water on day 5.
- No tea. Only black coffee or great tea without adding sugar.
- A 30 minute walk for the best results
- Don't sleep immediately after consuming food items, do some activity or try to put a gap of at least 30 minutes before dinner and sleep
